Purpose
This report enables you to delete data records that the system storedduring data collection runs in infotype Planning of Pers.Costs(0666 and 5010).

Selection
In the Objects group box you can determine which data and forwhich evaluation period the system shoud delete data. This part of theselection screen corresponds to the logical database PCH.
In the Object Type field, enter the object type for which youwant to delete infotype records. Depending on the object type, thesystem controls internally if employee-related data should be deletedfrom infotype Planning of Pers.Costs (0666) or data onorganizational objects from infotype Planning of Pers. Costs(5010).
In the Selection of Data Records to be Deleted group box, youcan you can determine which infotype records the system should delete.The following fields and corresponding input help are available:

• Data Basis (Subtype)

In this field you can store the corresponding subtype for infotypePlanning of Pers. Costs (0666 or 5010), which you use as a databasis for your planning.

• Data Collection Method


• Cost Item

Output


• If deletion has been successful, the system displays a success message.


• If deletion is unsuccessful, the system displays an error list.
