Programme SAP REHS_C_SWITCH_TO_ACTIVE_STATUS - EHS: Elimination of Inconsistencies with Status Management

Purpose
A status switch may fail as a result of an inconsistency between thedata record status and the status management. The following areas may beaffected:

  • Work area

  • Incident/accident log (header, details on person affected)

  • Risk assessment

  • Injury/illness log

  • Measurement project

  • Measurement

    • Features
    The status of a data record is set to active in status management usingcorrection report REHS_C_SWITCH_TO_ACTIVE_STATUS. You can selectthe relevant area on the report selection screen.

    Result
    The report returns a list of data records where the status can bechanged. Processing is started by choosing Save.
