Purpose
This program is used for mass maintenance of packaging fractions.

Prerequisites
You have authorization for the object J_7L_INFC.

Features
You use this program to change, replace, add, and delete fractions forseveral items of packaging. The REA tables J_7LV02 (with the assignmentof fractions to packaging) and J_7LV08 (with partner-specific fractiondata for packaging) are updated by the changes if required.

Selection
Depending on the action selected, the corresponding screen areas aredisplayed and ready for input. Only those data records that are valid atthe version time are taken into account.

• Change Fraction: You can change the weight and the unit of weight
for a fraction. The entries in the Fraction Weight and WeightUnit fields are considered as selection criteria. With theMaintain Partner Attributes indicator, a corresponding datarecord is created at partner level. If you set this indicator, thePackaging Level and Packaging Category fields can bemaintained depending on the required Recycling Partner No andCountry Key.

• Replace Fraction: You can replace a selected fraction with a
maximum of two fractions. The fraction weight can be distributed to theentry selected by 100%, 50%, or freely. If you choose free distribution,you can enter a percentage between 1% and 100%.
If the fraction to be replaced was also maintained at partner level, youcan copy the assignment using the Copy Partner Assignmentindicator.

• Add Fraction: This function is used to assign a new fraction. The
fraction weight and weight unit should be entered at thispoint.

• Delete Fraction: The fraction entered is deleted. Corresponding
records at partner level are also deleted automatically.
If you set the Test Mode indicator, the data records are notupdated to the database (simulation). If the Deactivate Checksindicator is set, the consistency checks are partially ignored duringthe update. This allows incomplete data records to be updated. If youset the Adjust Conditions indicator, any SD or MM conditionrecords are updated during posting due to the new prices. Depending onthe number of selected packaging items, the amount of runtime requiredto adjust selected conditions can increase significantly. You canspecify the level of detail of the log by entering the value in theLog Detail field.

The Trigger Workflow Event indicator is only visible ifREA Customizing has been set up accordingly. If theindicator is set, a workflow event for the business object REA_PACKAGINGis triggered following each change.
