• The method called may have been canceled (ABAP runtime error) or be in
an endless loop.
Check this using the dump analysis or theprocess overview.

• If the basic single-step task already has a terminating event, it may
be that this event either was not created or was not received by thework item.
In this case, check the event trace, the RFC queue and the workflowlog.
