If the last number has been assigned, delivery creation in collectiveprocessing is stopped and this message is issued as a terminationmessage.

Procedure
You can avoid serious problems if you delete obselete delivery groups.The system should allow you to create about 10,000,000,000 deliverygroups.

Procedure for System Administration
Check number range administration of collective processing numbers withtransaction VSAN.
Also delete outbound delivery groups that you no longer need usingtransaction VASK.
