Diagnosis
The settlement schema is set up in Customizing so that it is notpossible to start correspondence functions within the settlementtransaction. Instead, you have to use the separate correspondenceprogram for service charge settlement.
When you use the separate correspondence program, the status of thedocuments actually created is not available in Correspondenceprocess step.

Start the separate correspondence program.
