Diagnosis
According to the settings in Customizing, search strategy &V1& should beused for search field &v2& &v3&. However, this search strategy did notreturn any values. The search strategy also does not allow any othervalues to be entered.

Procedure
Contact your system administrator to see how the values are determined.
If the values are entered in a central table, then possibly the valuefor the object you are processing is not in the table.
It is also possible that you did not yet enter the value from which thesearch strategy is derived. For example, if the survey office isdetermined from the location of the parcel, then the system has to knowthe location when the search help is called.

Procedure for System Administration
Possibly the search strategy has to be changed so that it also allowsother values. Check the search strategy in Customizing in the Define Search Strategy IMG activity.
You might need to add values to the search strategy. Remember that notevery search strategy requires or allows separately entered values.Check the settings in the Specify Valuesfor Search Strategy IMG activity.
