Diagnosis
Inbound processing expects a packet of IDocs all from the same
sender (same partner type, number and function) and all with the samemessage type, message variant, message function and test indicator.This IDoc was in a packet which did not satisfy meet these criteria.

Procedure
Please check how and where the packet was assembled.
