You chose a function that can only be carried out if additionalinformation is supplied.
In general, you supply this information by selecting a line.
You select a line as follows:

• If there is a button, click on the button.


• If there is no button, activate the line by positioning the cursor on
the line and clicking once with the mouse.
Carry out the function once you have made a selection.
