A conversion error has occurred when opening the file. The original filecontains characters that cannot be displayed with the code page that youspecified.

Procedure
Check and/or correct the specified code page.
If this does not help, check the content of the file using the operatingsystem tools and ascertain the quality of the data.

Procedure for System Administration
Check how the data was copied to the application server (FTP settings?).
