Diagnosis
A conversion error has occurred when opening the old file '&V1&. Theoriginal file contains characters that cannot be displayed with the codepage &V2& that you specified.

Procedure
Check and/or correct the specified code page &V2& in step 'SpecifyFiles'.
If this does not help, check the content of the file using the operatingsystem tools and ascertain the quality of the data.
