Functionality
This function module determines if an excise duty tax group has beenentered.
If so, it determines if stock has already been posted, which will makethe entry disallowed.
The function module also determines if other plants do maintain anexcise duty tax group and whether the current transaction does notmaintain the field. If so, the system sends a message informing theuser that other plants maintain the field.
