Functionality
Application developers can use the function moduleSSC_SR_READ_MANUAL_MESSAGES to read the status of customizing switch forthe specific activity of application in view SSCV_MANUALFLAG and readmessages which should be enabled with Service Request functionality(link besides message for manual creation, pushbutton in the popped upmessage) for the specific activity of application in view clusterSSCVC_MESSAGE.
Application developers can use the switch to control whether the ServiceRequest integration for manual creation should be available or not, anduse the returned messsages to enable each message with Service Requestfunctionality.
