Functionality
This FM checks the existance of a test, sub test, performance unit anditem accepting the event id, loio class, loio id, phio class, phio id,language, release, enhancement, country, checktype.
If checktype = '01' then it means that the check is for a testexistance.
If checktype = '02' then it means that the check is for a performanceunit existenace.
If checktype = '03' then it means that the check is for a itemexistence.
