Functionality
This function finds folders with attribute search in
INCLUDE DESTINATION OBJECT DOKU ID TX
If the parameter 'WITH_DIALOG' equals 'X', the system starts thefunction 'IWB_FOLDER_IA_QUERY' remotely or locally in dependence ondestination.
If the parameter 'WITH_DIALOG' equals 'space', the system calls thefunction 'IWB_FOLDER_QUERY' remotely or locally in dependence ondestinanation and, in this case, the table 'QUERY' should be filledbefore.

Notes
If input parameter 'AREA' is not fullfilled, then thesystem receives it from the form 'GET_AREA' locally and, only after that
, checks the destination.
If the table 'REQUESTED_PROPERTIES' isfullfilled, then system returns values only for properties from thistable for all found Info-Objects (Folders).
