Determines the list of languages that are allowed in a system.
The system returns a character string that lists all allowed internallanguage keys.
Normally the listed language keys correspond to the languages activatedby the configuration report RSCPINST.

The following function modules answer similar questions:SCP_ALLOWED_LANGUAGES_CP and SCP_ALLOWED_LANGUAGES_LOC.
SCP_ALLOWED_LANGUAGES replaces the obsolete function moduleSCP_LANGUAGES_IN_INSTANCE, which includes a length restriction withinits export parameter.
