Functionality
If the limit check is activated for the transaction type, this event is
processed at the start of the check.
Users have the option of implementing their own limit checks.

Notes
If the return code is <> 0, the payment item is directed to
postprocessing or an error is output in the dialog.
An error indicator is set in the payment item, showing that an error
occurred during the limit check.
