Functionality
Before a model can be planned by an external system two steps must beperformed:
download of master and transactional data
start of the external planning engine
The master and transactinal data are sent to the external system viathe POI. The planning engine is started by calling this RFC.
The external system is supposed to start an external planning enginethat manages the stored and the current production plan. If the enginealready is running a restart is done. Startup parameters are passed tothe external system.
If more than one model exists the external system has to determine foreach following RFC call which model is concerned. Therefore theexternal system can use the fact that for each model a seperate RFCdestination can be defined.

Description
PLHNDL_PUB: Contains the ID of the stored production plan. This fieldmust always be filled with the correct ID, even if the ID is the sameas in the input control parameter.
PLHNDL: Contains the ID of the current plan. This field
must always be filled with the correct ID, even if the ID is the same
as in the input control parameter.
