Functionality
This function module is called when you press the "Details" button inthe application log. It ensures that you can go directly to thecommission case display from the application log.
The function module name is given while sending a navigation message inthe function module CACS_LOG_NAVIGATION_CASE with the parameters foridentifying a commission case (IMPORT_YEAR, CASE_ID and CASE_VERSION).
