Functionality
This function module supplies the application log subscreen with data.The log which should be displayed is at first searched in the mainmemory (function module BAL_GLB_SEARCH_LOG). In case it is not foundthere, it is loaded in the main memory from the database (functionmodule BAL_DB_LOAD).
