Functionality
The level, when the messages are updated for a log, can be changed byone level. The default handle is used in case the handle is notexplicitlyspecified while calling.
The new level is assigned to the handle by calling function moduleCACS_LOG_DETLEVEL_SET after changing themessage level ('+' for one levelup, '-' for one level down).
