Functionality
We recommend using the following process function module for processinterface CACS9820: CACS00_SAP01_PRC_9820.
You can replace this function module with your own one in Customizing, under:
Incentive and Commission Management -> Tools -> Interfaces and UserExits -> Settings for User Exits -> Settings for the Publish andSubscribe Interface.
This function module queries positive and negative minimumamounts (threshold values) that can be assigned to a settlementtype in Customizing.
If the total of the determined due dates for a commission contract isbelow the determined minimum amounts, the due dates are not settled.Consequently the totals of the due dates that are below this thresholdvalue are not disbursed.
As soon as this threshold value is exceeded (or equaled) in a subsequentsettlement run, including all existing due dates, these due dates arepassed on to the disbursement system for payment.
At the end of the commission contract, all remaining due dates of thecontract are automatically settled, regardless of whether the total isbelow the threshold value.
If due dates exist that are older than a year and whose total for eachcommission contract and settlement type are below the threshold value, all due dates are disbursed.
