Functionality
This BAPI enables you to change the time availability for an existingresource. The temporal availability of a resource includes, forexample, the work schedule, and attendances and absenses. Using thisBAPI, this data can be transferred from an existing HR system to theWFM Core. The time specifications can be defined in the WFM Core. Theprocess for changing the time specifications involves 2 steps. In thefirst step, the existing time specifications within the change periodare deleted. In the second step, the time specifications that weretransferred are updated.
If an error occurs during processing, processing is continued but thedata is not updated. Description

This parameter ensures that the data is not updated. Processing isperformed as usual, but after that all data is removed from the memory. Description
A list of invalid resources is compiled in this table. Description
The resources to be changed are transferred to this table. For eachresource, it can also be defined whether it is a global resource. Thismeans that this resource is then visible to all applications. Thevalidity date is used to define which period is affected by thechanges. This controls the delete operation. Description
Attributes of the time specifications that do not relate to time aretransferred to this table. In this case, the key for the timespecification is a GUID. Description
This table contains all the error messages that occurred duringprocessing. Description
The validity interval for each time specification is transferred tothis table. |
