Functionality
This method checks the existence of a TSW location.

S OIJ_IF 002 Location &1 exists
E OIJ_IF 001 No LocationID was transferred
W OD 512 Location &1 has been markedfor deletion
E OD 216 ,,Location with ID &1 doesnot exist
W OD 675 You are not authorized to run thisprogram
The field message contains the message text for the respectivecombination of ID and number if they contain values.

Description
The location ID uniquely identifies a location.
