Functionality
This method reads the address numbers of an address. An address can beuniquely identified either by an address number, an address GUID, or anexternal address number. One of these three identifiers can betransferred to the method so that it can read the other addressidentifiers. The system returns the other identifiers as a result ofthe method call.

If an address number or address GUID and the date are specified, thesystem checks if the address is valid on this date. If no date isspecified, the system returns only the requested data.
If no address number nor address GUID or validity date are specified,the system returns the standard address which is valid on the currentdate. If no standard address is valid on this date, the system outputsan error message.
