Functionality
This method enables you to list purchase requisition items. The desiredselection criteria (e.g. requisitioner and plant) are passed on in theimport parameters. For further information, refer to the relevantparameter documentation.

The following authorization objects are checked with activity 03(Display):

  • M_BANF_BSA,,Document type in requisition

  • M_BANF_EKG,,Purchasing group in requisition

  • M_BANF_EKO,,Purchasing organization in requisition

  • M_BANF_WRK,,Plant in requisition

    The items that satisfy the selection criteria are returned in the tableRequisitionItems.

    Description
    If you set the indicator, the purchase requisition items to which asource of supply has already been assignedwill also be listed.

    Description
    If you set the indicator, purchase requisition items that are closed(no open quantity left) will also be listed.

    If you set the indicator, deleted purchase requisition items will alsobe listed.

    This parameter can be used to tranfer long material numbers, whosemaximum length may not exceed 40 characters.
    To be able to use this parameter, you must activate the switch for thebusiness function LAMA (long material number) in the system.
    The business function LAMA is available as a component of the businessfunction set for DIMP.
