You can use this BAPI to save changes made to a QM notification.

Errors are transferred in the parameter RETURN.

Notes
This BAPI calls the update function of the notification.
Once the update function has been called, no more changes can be madeuntil the BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT is called.
