Functionality
Use this method to check whether a WBS element exists.

Notes
Obligatory import parameters are the external and internal keys of theWBS elements INTERNALITEMNUMBER and EXTERNALITEMNUMBER. One of thesekeys can remain initial.
Messages are returned in the return parameter. You can find the returnvalues and their meanings in the documentation for this parameter.
