Functionality
You can use this method to prebook attendance for business event types.

Value range
If errors occur, this structure can contain the following information:

  • Message type (field TYPE), Dictionary data type: CHAR (field length 1)

  • Message code (field CODE), Dictionary data type: CHAR (field length 5)

  • Message text (field MESSAGE), Dictionary data type: CHAR (field length
    • 220)
    If no errors occur, the message type is S, and the structure isotherwise empty.

    Description
    This field contains the object ID of an attendee. In the case ofattendee type P (employee) this is the personnel number.

    Value range
    Dictionary data type: NUMC (field length 8)

    The prebooking period specifies the period during which prebookings canbe created for the business event type.

    This field contains the ID number of the business event type for whichthe attendee is to be booked.

    Description
    This field contains the number of prebookings required for thespecified business event type. In the case of group attendees, you canenter the required number of prebookings for the group (organizationalunit, company etc.)

    This field contains the requested language of the prebooking. If youspecify a language for the prebooking, only dates scheduled for eventsheld in the specified langauge are relevant for the prebooking.

    This field contains the requested location of the prebooking. If youspecify a location for the prebooking, only dates scheduled for eventsheld at this location are relevant for the prebooking.
