Functionality
You can use this method to determine the following data for several loancontracts:

  • Contract master data (including the conditions, partner relationships
    • and any assigned objects and collateral)
    • Payment flows (planned and actual flow data)

    • Capital amounts

    • CML Collateral

    • CML Collateral Objects

    • CML Collateral Values

      • Using the structure Control Scope of Data Selection for Loan, youmust enter the scope of the data to be determined for the loans that youneed to transfer to the method by way of the Loan Keys table.This table must be filled with valid entries for the data to bedetermined.
      If you have not filled this table with contract numbers, the contractnumbers are invalid or no corresponding contracts are found, the systemoutputs a message to this effect in the Return Parameter.
      The system displays the detailed data for the loan contracts by way ofthe individual tables as the result.

      The system only includes the flows with a due date (DFAELL)
      before this date for all capital amounts apart from the Available
      Capital.
      The Available Capital also includes the unscheduled repayments
      planned after the key date.

      The parameter controls the scope of the data to be read for the loansfor the ALE Export. It comprises different control indicators.

      This parameter is mandatory.
      You need to transfer a value for at least one of the following fields:

      • RQ_DETAILS: Read Details for Master Data (X =Yes)

      • RQ_CASHFLOWS : Determine Cash Flows (X = Yes)

      • RQ_CAPITALS: Calculate Capital Amounts (X = Yes)

      • RQ_COLLATERALS: Read CML Collateral (X = Yes)

      • RQ_OBJECTS: Read CML Collateral Objects (X = Yes)

      • RQ_VALUES: Read Collateral Values for CML Collateral Objects (X
        • =Yes)

        Value range
        All of the fields in the parameter are control indicators for the scopeof the ALE Export of loan data. Their value range covers:

          The parameter controls at a detailed level which of the planned customerextensions implemented as Business Add Ins are to be executed.
