The parameter NUMBER must always be specified. Make sure you only useexisting service/maintenance notifications.
If the optional parameter POST_IMMEDIATELY is not left blank, thechange is updated immediately. Otherwise, call function moduleBAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT (external commit for using BAPIs) to start theupdated, as usual.
