Functionality
This function can be used to create an Excise invoice in the OLTPsystem based on the Excise invoice data send from out side.
The excise invoice could be coming from a supplier or own exciseinvoice to be send with the Goods despatch.

Example
When a goods receipt is done at a plant in India, the Excise invoicealso comes along with the Goods. this excise invoice has a uniqueserial number and also details of tax paid.
when goods are despatched from the plant an Excise invoice needs to goout to the customer along with the goods.
Both these could be done using the BAPI

The process flag is to identify whether it is an inbound Excise invoiceor an outgoing Excise invoice.

This holds the excise invoice line item details structure which givesthe item details as Material Number Material name Excise Invoice dateExcise year.
This holds the return parameter structure which gives the details ofmsg no. msg type msg class parameter name
