Functionality
This method can be used to create a list of the available values forthe pay scale group or level for a personnel number.

The pay scale group or level is output according to the pay scale areadetermined in the Basic Pay infotype (0008).
The method is called using the EmployeeTimeValSpec.GetValuesWageGroupLevel method.
