Functionality
This method enables the user to change a vendor password.

Notes
Before attempting to call up this method, you must first check that thevendor number is defined in the vendor master record.
It follows that you cannot call up this function module unless thevendor number is defined in the master record.
The password is stored in encrypted form in central table BAPIUSW01.

The return code of the function module is returned in this structure.
