Functionality You can use this method to read regulatory reporting data for a businesspartner. Regulatory reporting data is required by law. It is used by banking orinsurance supervisory authorities, to enable the revenue performance ofthe banks, insurance companies, and financial services providers undersupervision to be analyzed, for example. The main emphasis of thesupervisory regulations lies in areas such as own resources, liquidity,foreign trade, and loans business in the respective institutions.Regulatory reporting data can also be used for banking statistics, orthe compilation of information about foreign trade for the GermanFederal Bank. The reports are based on the legal requirements of the GermanBanking Act (GBA)> or the German Asset Regulation>, for example.Institutes subject to these supervisory requirements can submit theirreports to the corresponding supervisory institutions (German FederalBank, German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, and so on).
