Functionality
With this BAPI you can read the address and communication data of abusiness partner address.
The address data is returned in the ADDRESSDATA structure, and thecommunication data in the corresponding table parameters for therelevant communication type.
You find international versions for addresses in the tablesBAPIADVERSORG for organizations and groups, or BAPIADVERSPERS forpersons.
Any errors that arise when data is being read are logged, and returnedin the RETURN parameter. Time Dependency
If an address GUID is not entered, then the module searches for thestandard address that is valid on the transferred date (VALID_DATE). If no date is entered, then the current date is
taken as the default for the selection.
If the address is not valid at the transferred time (VALID_DATE) and
if no other (valid) move date has been defined for this address, then an error message is issued. If a move address is defined for an
address, then the data of the move address is returned if it is valid onthe transferred date. Further information Description

The address GUID uniquely identifies an address over all systems. It ismerely a technical object identifier, and is not intended for use inthe interface or in interaction between system users.
