If times are confirmed outside of shifts, the system takes these also into account when the execution and lead times are calculated. In particular, during the conversion into days this causes the result of execution times being longer than one day although only one day has been confirmed. Additional key words
A work center from 8 to 17 o'clock with one hour break, thus 8 hours in total. A confirmation from 0 to 17 o'clock has a result of 8 hours with a time from 0 to 8 o'clock (outside of the shift) and 8 hours from 8 to 17 o'clock, thus in total 16 hours. With 8 hours per day, the result is 2 days.
S021, S022, S023, S024, I_DFZ, I_DLZ, I_DFZ_EX, I_DLZ_EX Cause and prerequisites
The problem is caused by an incorrect entry in the application. Solution
The solution specified sets, if necessary, the start time to the next start shift or to the end time of the last shift end.
For the above example, this would be a time from 8 to 17 o'clock and thus an actual execution time of (9 h -1 h) / 8 h/day = 1 day.
